Cheese-Stuffed Burger


If you love cheese, burgers and the grill, you’ll love this genius burger recipe.

  • 1 lb. ground meat (beef, turkey, pork, lamb)
  • 4 slices hot pepper cheese
  • Garlic seasoning
  • 1 onion
  • 4 buns
  • Additional toppings of your choice, such as lettuce, tomato, fried egg, pickles, ketchup, mayonnaise and/or mustard.


  1. Make eight even and thin patties. Place the cheese in the middle of four of the patties.
  2. Put the other patties on top and pinch the edges together. Shape the edges for a uniform patty.
  3. Season the patties with garlic seasoning and pepper.
  4. Saute or grill the onion and set aside.
  5. Grill the bun. Note: Add a little butter to make it even better.
  6. Place your burger on the bun, top with grilled onions and any additional toppings.
